The Simple Question That Makes Every Decision Easier (Use THIS Daily Framework To FINALLY Get Unstuck)
"When I'm making choices every day, I ask myself whether that choice is a seed or a weed. Am I planting a seed that will one day turn into a beautiful tree and bear fruit, give shade to others, and be a beautiful place to rest? Or am I planting a weed which will eventually strangle the newborn tree in its infancy and kill all the things that are good in my garden."
Shetty revealed his daily practice of categorizing intentions and actions as either seeds (purpose, love, joy, commitment) or weeds (ego, jealousy, anger, comparison). He explained how visualizing oneself pulling weeds from the garden of the mind creates a practical framework for evaluating career choices, relationships, and daily decisions. The practice includes writing seeds and weeds on paper to map out major life choices.
