Panel Claims LA Election Rigged Through Ballot Harvesting on Skid Row

What was said

"We have now seen all over social media in the past few days reporters going to residents on Skid Row and asking them, were you approached by a ballot harvester? Were given money in return to cast a vote for a Democratic candidate, to which all of these people said yes. In fact, the going rate initially was $2, up to $5."

Panelist Charlie Arnolch alleged widespread ballot harvesting fraud in the LA mayoral race, claiming homeless residents on Skid Row were paid $2 to $5 to vote for Democratic candidates Karen Bass and Nithya Raman without knowing who they were. This represents a serious accusation of election fraud, though disputed by other panelists who noted California's Democratic lean.
