Rebelo validated Operation Prato, the Brazilian Air Force investigation of the Colares UFO incidents where approximately 200 villagers reported being attacked by beams of light that caused burns, puncture wounds, blood loss, and at least two deaths. He confirmed military documentation exists showing objects that paralyzed victims with white light, then extracted blood with yellowish beams, and possibly implanted objects with red beams. Much documentation remains classified.
