According to Wilkerson, China has officially announced plans to challenge dollar dominance in global finance, targeting 60-70% of world transactions. This would eliminate the US ability to impose sanctions and fundamentally alter American economic power, which Wilkerson notes has been used to sanction 30% of the world's countries.
