Nikesh Arora: Mythos is Real, Analytical SaaS is Dead, and Google can be a $10T company
"If you're an analytical SaaS company, it's over. Somebody that says, I'm going to collect a lot of data for you and analyze it for you. I don't need you to analyze it for me. I can run models against data and analyze them myself."
Arora declared the death of an entire category of enterprise software, arguing that companies no longer need third-party tools to analyze their own data when LLMs can perform the same tasks directly. He cited a real example of reducing a SaaS bill by 90% by replacing 17 human seats with Claude connected to Slack. This represents a fundamental restructuring of the SaaS market and explains why analytical software companies are losing pricing power.
