"A month prior, or maybe a little more than a month, I think it was like on March 1st, she kidnapped a Spaniard at gunpoint. For running a drone on the island. Kidnapped and made him strip butt-ass naked and hogtied him too. The Spaniard's brother was able to escape on boat, got the police."
Anne Rodriguez, Epstein's former property manager, has allegedly kidnapped at least seven people who approached the island since Epstein's death, including a Spanish man at gunpoint who was stripped naked and hogtied. Owen heard references to this being the seventh such incident. Rodriguez was in custody for the March kidnapping when Owen was arrested in April.
