"There's some research that has come out over the last year from Carnegie Mellon, Oxford, MIT, UCLA that basically says that reliance on AI is kind of stunting our problem-solving skills, our memory retention, I think there was one study that even compared the mental impairment of reliance on these tools to that of a drunk driver and concluded that it's even worse."
