"I found myself starting to feel some of the same hatred against the people that I disagree with. And I was like, what am I doing? I was losing sleep over it. I need to get back and reconnect. Spiritually. And so I found— I started to drop my son off. He goes to a Catholic church, Catholic school. I would just drop him off and go sit in church for 15 minutes, just pray or just meditate."
Josh Duhamel revealed he returned to the Catholic Church after recognizing he was being consumed by political hatred and losing sleep. He said he would sit in church for 15 minutes during his son's school drop-off to meditate and reconnect spiritually, crediting Catholic teachings on spiritual warfare with preventing him from 'going off the deep end.'
