What was said
"ODNI ran an operation for 9 months, CIA agents. Their mission was to co-opt me and George to go against whistleblowers and to fabricate evidence against an American hero, a whistleblower named Dylan Borland, to fabricate evidence against Matthew Brown to pressure everybody into a corner."
Filmmaker Jeremy Corbell alleges that the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, with CIA involvement, conducted a nine-month intelligence operation targeting him, journalist George Knapp, and UFO whistleblowers Dylan Borland and Matthew Brown. Corbell claims the operation sought to fabricate evidence and discredit witnesses testifying to Congress about UAP programs, and says he could prove this in court.
