Filmmaker Jeremy Corbell alleges that the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, with CIA involvement, conducted a nine-month intelligence operation targeting him, journalist George Knapp, and UFO whistleblowers Dylan Borland and Matthew Brown. Corbell claims the operation sought to fabricate evidence and discredit witnesses testifying to Congress about UAP programs, and says he could prove this in court.
