Coulthart reports that Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake, a major U.S. weapons testing facility in California, is experiencing persistent UAP swarms that have disrupted weapons testing operations. Multiple security personnel, scientists, and military sources confirmed the incursions. Coulthart also claims China Lake was used as a site where the U.S. employed psionics, dog whistles, and high-pulse microwaves to down alien craft, and that craft have been brought down there.
