This Blue-Collar Business Prints Money (No One’s Talking About It)
"We've probably hired in the course of like the last 3, 4 years over 200 guys that have come out and been successful and purchased their first home, got their families back in their life. They're taxpaying citizens."
Adam Chonier, a twice-convicted felon now running a $37.7 million roofing division, stated the company has successfully hired over 200 formerly incarcerated individuals who have gone on to buy homes and reunite with families. The program operates through tablets in prison facilities using the Edovo app, where inmates can access training called 'From the Yard to $100K' before release.
