Richard Dolan revealed that lawyer Jeffrey Griffith and TRW employee Mary Elizabeth Elliott, who witnessed a USO emerge from water near Catalina Island and were stopped by unusual police, may be referenced in the Davis-Wilson notes. Dolan suggests the notes indicate Elliott's employment at TRW involved a UFO-related group known as Zodiac, potentially discussed by Eric Davis with Admiral Thomas Wilson.
