What was said
"We have seriously and consciously warned ambassadors to leave Kyiv because strikes can happen at any moment."
Russian Security Council Secretary Shoigu issued an urgent warning to Western diplomats to evacuate Kiev immediately, stating strikes could occur at any moment. This follows the killing of 21 girls at a Russian college and represents a major escalation. Despite the warning, U.S. Senator Blumenthal and other officials remain in Ukraine, potentially putting themselves in grave danger.
