The Trump DOJ filed court documents characterizing the White House perimeter shooting as the fourth assassination attempt against Trump, using the incident to argue a federal judge should revoke an injunction blocking the $1 billion Golden Ballroom construction. The shooter never got close to the White House and was killed on the outer perimeter by Secret Service. Trump posted about the ballroom within hours of the shooting.
