#426 - Epstein LATEST, The AntiChrist, Gabbard DOWN & SpaceX UP | Julian Dorey
"Musk was awarded $1 billion performance-based restricted shares in January. In order for these performance shares to vest, the company has to establish a permanent human colony on Mars with at least 1 million inhabitants, according to the prospectus."
SpaceX is preparing to go public with an expected valuation between $1.5 and $2 trillion, with shares pricing between $750 and $1,500. Elon Musk will retain 42% equity and 79-85% voting control. A billion restricted shares worth minimum $750 billion will only vest if SpaceX establishes a permanent Mars colony with at least one million inhabitants, raising questions about whether this is promotional language or a realistic expectation for breakaway civilization.
