Dylan Borland revealed that ODNI personnel accused him of drawing a fourth classified image of a sensor system and threatened him with treason charges carrying the death penalty. When Borland requested to see the alleged drawing in a SCIF to clear his name, the investigator immediately ceased all communication, suggesting a potential fabrication designed to entrap the whistleblower.
