Stone advanced the theory that Queen Elizabeth I's intelligence chief John Dee, the original 007, summoned supernatural entities through Enochian magic to forge a deal granting Britain global dominance. He claims this deal required blood sacrifice and that the United States inherited these demonic agreements after 1945. Stone suggested this explains how a small island nation controlled a quarter of the planet's territory, attributing imperial success to occult forces rather than solely military and economic factors.
