Ben Shapiro featured a TikTok video in which a self-described finance manager openly stated he prioritizes hiring Black candidates over white candidates when both are qualified. The manager justified this by citing unqualified white colleagues and historical housing advantages. Shapiro called this discriminatory and questioned why qualification alone isn't the hiring criterion.
