What was said
"Execution by firing squad. Army major betrays his country. Radical Islamist kills a bunch of Americans at Fort Hood. Of course we're going to do it at Fort Hood."
In the programme’s opening, Piers Morgan says US defence secretary Pete Hegseth has announced—via comments Morgan attributes to an exchange with Jack Posobiec—that Fort Hood shooter Nidal Hasan would be executed by firing squad and that it would be public. The episode then debates whether publicising or livestreaming an execution would be justified or would create a harmful spectacle.
