Joshua Weissman recalls calling restaurants as a YouTuber’s assistant for tables

And then Graham will tell someone usually, hey, you call as my assistant and say we have YouTuber, you know, or some, some person, famous person coming in later tonight. If you have space, no shame. And I'm like cringing in the corner, but every, I think every single time it's worked."

Joshua Weissman recalls that when restaurants said they were fully booked, his team sometimes called back with someone posing as an assistant to a well-known YouTuber or other famous person. He claims it has repeatedly secured prime-time reservations, and says venues may reshuffle walk-in capacity for perceived VIPs.
