Tito Ortiz alleges a Mercury-engine autopilot malfunction caused a boat in south-west Florida to turn sharply at about 55mph, throwing him overboard. He says the boat did not hit anything and that he later suffered a concussion and neck issues, requiring a C3–C4 fusion. Ortiz adds that his attorneys are handling the matter.
