Dr Becky Kennedy recalls emergency C-section and overdoing it days later

"I mean, if I think about my first couple days after having my first, I mean, I had an emergency C-section for my first, and I had to be under anesthesia. Like it was a you know, and my son came out, you know, totally healthy. But I come home, and I am. I've always really liked action, and I was baking biscotti. And this is like a totally psychotic thing to do, you know."

Dr Becky Kennedy recalls having an emergency C-section under anaesthesia and returning home to keep herself busy, including baking biscotti. She says she pushed herself too hard in the first week postpartum and later “crashed” and had to go back to hospital.
