"What she's actually saying is that if you live in Europe and thankfully the British people don't anymore because we left Europe. If you live in Europe, you know, the economic and trading entity that calls itself Europe, the bureaucratic entity, they've got the right to tax your savings and they actually want access to your savings because they're sort of saying stuff like your savings aren't doing anything."
