FBI Director Kash Patel confronted Senator Chris Van Hollen during Capitol Hill testimony after Van Hollen suggested Patel had been drinking on duty. Patel produced evidence showing Van Hollen himself had accumulated a $70,000 bar tab on taxpayer funds and was photographed with a convicted criminal in El Salvador. The exchange became one of the most viral moments from the hearing.
