"Birmingham Birmingham City Council is now uh followed Oxfordshire County Council in seeking an injunction from the high court uh to ban activists putting up flags. And according to some reports, I haven't been able to verify this. uh potentially if this is granted uh the people who are putting up the flags could be jailed for up to two years."
Konstantin Kisin claims Birmingham City Council, after Oxfordshire County Council, is seeking a High Court injunction to stop activists placing England and Union flags on public infrastructure. He says some reports suggest breaching such an order could carry up to two years in jail, but adds he has not verified that detail.
