Democratic strategist James Carville tells Piers Morgan he currently expects Democrats to win the US House of Representatives “easily” at the midterms and to win the Senate as well, adding he does not think either contest will be close. Carville frames the call as provisional — “subject to change” — and later cautions that he is “not very good at predicting elections”.
