The guest says he was arrested in the Ocean Beach/Sunset Cliffs area of San Diego while sleeping in his vehicle, and claims he was sober when tested for alcohol after being booked. He says he spent roughly two months in county jail during COVID, alleges pressure to plead guilty, and later says the case was “completely dropped” on the condition he attend a veterans drug-and-alcohol programme.
