Do NOT Trust Anyone Until You Watch This | Robert Greene
"I always had a feeling of never good enough. I'm never smart enough. I'm not doing enough. I'm not a good enough person. And I internalize that. And so, um, it's probably partially led to my stroke."
Robert Greene recalls a lifelong pattern of harsh self-judgement and says it has driven him to push himself too hard. He argues that dynamic may have partially led to his stroke. He says he is trying to learn to be more forgiving towards himself.
