What was said
"Because Charles friend, uh, died, and he. Uh. And he cannot train. But I don't understand. In three days or four days, he's doing live streaming and, like, uh, back in the camp and, like, probably, uh, they already set it up. Fight with Diego Lopez. He was just find the excuse."
Arman Tsarukyan tells Helwani he was originally booked for a five-round No. 1 contender bout with Charles Oliveira, but says the UFC replaced Oliveira with Mauricio Ruffy two weeks into Tsarukyan’s camp. Tsarukyan says Oliveira cited a friend’s death and inability to train, but he questions the explanation and speculates Oliveira may instead be headed for a Diego Lopes fight.
