Arman Tsarukyan tells Helwani he was originally booked for a five-round No. 1 contender bout with Charles Oliveira, but says the UFC replaced Oliveira with Mauricio Ruffy two weeks into Tsarukyan’s camp. Tsarukyan says Oliveira cited a friend’s death and inability to train, but he questions the explanation and speculates Oliveira may instead be headed for a Diego Lopes fight.
