Ex-CIA officer says recruiters probed sexual preferences and accessed his records

"I only found out later that because I had come from the military and CIA was affiliated with DOD, she had full access to my entire military history. All of my medical records, all of my psychological evaluations, all of my grades, all of my disciplinary infractions, everything back to the age of 18 when I joined the military."

Andrew Bustamante, who says he was hired by the CIA after prior US military service, recounts an interview in which he says a recruiter asked intensely personal questions including about his “sexual preferences”. He says he later learned the interviewer had access to his full military history, including medical records and psychological evaluations, because of CIA links to the Department of Defense.
