"And he got out of the car and he opened his vest and he was a human bomb. And he pulled the cord and he blew everybody up. The women, the men, the chief of the base had three kids. The other woman had two. Blew them up."
Near the end of the episode, Jonna Mendez recounts a story she says she included in her book about a CIA base in Afghanistan led by women, where an Afghan source was brought in for debriefing. She says the man detonated an explosive vest, killing those present, and reflects on what it meant to her as evidence that women in the workplace were facing the same lethal risks as men.
