Joe Rogan says he had bulging cervical discs that caused numbness in his fingers and claims a treatment he calls “Regenokine” — described as a processed blood product injected into discs — resolved his symptoms. He says a later MRI showed the disc had returned “back in place”, while cautioning generally that surgery can carry risks.
