5 Common Objections to Hell Debunked by a Catholic Theologian | Dr. Ralph Martin | Last Call Ep. 27
"Some people don't want you to talk about it at all. Yeah, they don't they don't want it to be part of the faith. They They want to make a Catholicism in their own image. You know, cafeteria Catholicism where you pick and choose isn't a harmless sport."
Ralph Martin argues that reluctance to discuss hell reflects a wider tendency among some Catholics to pick and choose doctrines. He says this “cafeteria Catholicism” rejects parts of God’s revelation and amounts to disobedience within what he calls God’s structure for salvation.
