"I just helped to create a doctoral and a master's degree program that includes a specialization in parasychology at the California Institute for Human Science and it's the first program of its kind since I used to teach at John F. Kennedy University back in around 1980 uh when they had a master's degree in parasychology and that program shut down I think after a year or two."
Mishlov says he has helped establish a doctoral and master’s programme at the California Institute for Human Science with a specialisation in parapsychology. He describes it as the first programme of its kind since a short-lived master’s degree offering at John F. Kennedy University around 1980.
