Rob Delaney (Full Episode) | Where Everybody Knows Your Name
"I never say pass away or lose. I say die. I because I like people to hear that. I had a son, his name was Henry, and he died. And he's dead."
Delaney tells O’Brien he deliberately avoids softer language when speaking about his son Henry, who died of brain cancer in 2018, saying he wants people to hear the reality directly. He adds that the experience reshaped his priorities, saying he no longer juggles multiple projects and instead focuses on one or two at a time to spend more time at home with his family.
