An unnamed former US special operations soldier tells Mike Ritland he served as the breacher during the Delta Force mission to extract American detainee Kurt Muse from Modelo Prison in Panama. He claims the operation was compromised after a Marine allegedly phoned home on a landline and the call was intercepted by a neighbouring country, which he says warned Manuel Noriega’s forces, prompting increased security around the prison.
