My First Million co-host Shaan Puri recounts a conversation with GLG founder Mark Gerson about United Hatzalah, an Israeli volunteer emergency medical service. Puri says the organisation uses data and an “AI setup” to anticipate incidents and position volunteers, and claims it has reduced nationwide response times to roughly two to three minutes while aiming for 90 seconds.
