Neubauer says concrete and water reduced a ‘signal’ he associates with voices

Neubauer describes experiments he says he carried out to test whether an external “signal” was affecting him, claiming the sensation reduced under a concrete bridge and at the bottom of a swimming pool. He says he later moved from a wooden house into a concrete condominium, which he alleges stopped “all of the negative aspects” of the experience.
