Tim Pool cites a BBC report about an audio recording in which Joe Biden is said to have told a ghostwriter he had classified material “downstairs”. Pool argues the reported recording points to unequal treatment compared with Donald Trump’s classified-documents case. He claims Biden lacked authority to possess similar material and faced no legal consequences.
