James Fox alleges a Brazilian flight control officer witnessed a US Air Force plane land at Campinas without Brazilian government authorisation after the 1996 Varginha events. He also claims, without providing documents, that two US planes arrived, one carrying a helicopter, travelled to Varginha, returned with cargo, and then departed. Fox says he cannot reveal some sources discussed on the podcast.
