Jared Isaacman says he interpreted a Trump-era executive order as directing agencies to release UAP-related data, regardless of classification, under the PURSUE effort. He recalls a senior-level push involving the president and the Homeland Security Adviser to disclose any relevant material. He adds that some released sightings remain unexplained for now, but he does not consider them unexplainable.
