Fugal accuses former Pentagon UAP official Sean Kirkpatrick of falsely denying prior involvement with Skinwalker Ranch, saying Kirkpatrick attended a confidential briefing with him in April 2018. Fugal says he later posted a photo of Kirkpatrick at the meeting ‘with the receipts’ after online criticism questioned his account.
