In a clip aired by MeidasTouch, a lawmaker identified only as “Representative Smith” says Congress does not know the full extent of US injuries or equipment losses in the Iran conflict, blaming a lack of Pentagon transparency. He says he is hearing second-hand reports of attacks and dozens wounded at bases in the region, but that public reporting has been limited.
