What was said
"the outrageous news that we just got that the Trump administration removed the names of four of our service members who were killed in action apparently because the fact that they had been killed in action goes against his fiction that that sometimes he says we're actually not in a war even though everybody knows we are."
Pete Buttigieg, speaking on Fox News, alleges the Trump administration removed the names of four US service members killed in action, and suggests it was done because acknowledging their deaths would contradict Trump’s public claims about whether the US is at war. Buttigieg frames it as a credibility issue, saying service members’ lives depend on truthful leadership during deployments.
