"That's my fear, is that he's going to use one of those submarines or 2 or 3 of them to do what he needs to do. I don't know, I don't think he's perfected an SLBM, submarine-launched ballistic missile, or, you know, nuclear weapon under the water, but I think he's perfected surfacing and firing one off the platform of a submarine."
Lawrence Wilkerson says his “deepest worry” is that Netanyahu could use “one of those submarines” that he says has the capacity “to launch nuclear,” and he speculates about a scenario in which a submarine surfaces and fires from its platform. He adds he does not think an SLBM or an underwater nuclear weapon capability has been perfected.
