The episode plays footage of Rep Brandon Gill questioning the American Bar Association’s president about a statement on the ABA website that “all of us have implicit biases”. When Gill repeatedly asks for a yes-or-no answer and then asks which groups the witness has implicit biases against, the witness pivots to general comments about the organisation’s work and says she is speaking “on behalf of the ABA”.
