"Not in the not in the intersex community, not with women, not with main voters because just before we came to air he announced he's bailing. He too has finally accepted reality that the very very pro-woman Troy Jackson will be the Democratic nominee to take on Susan Collins and he's out. He's officially out."

Megyn Kelly says that Ashley Webb, a New Hampshire candidate who previously ran for office, has announced he is withdrawing from a race connected to the Democratic contest to challenge Republican Senator Susan Collins. Kelly frames the alleged decision as an acknowledgement that Troy Jackson will be the Democratic nominee, but provides no direct clip or document from Webb during this segment.
