"Even if I ever sign with Zuffa, I will make sure that I never wear a Zuffa outfit. I'm wearing my own outfits, doing my own thing, and if you don't like it, then I'll never sign with you."
Ryan Garcia says that, even if he reached a deal with Zuffa Boxing, he would not accept a standardised fight kit. He argues that walk-out and attire are part of self-expression in boxing and says he would rather walk away from a contract than give up control of presentation.
