BREAKING: U.S. SENDS MILITARY TO REGION AS IRAN REJECTS DEAL - w/ Lt. Col. Anthony Aguilar
"According to the Wall Street Journal, the US offered Iran a proposal to release frozen funds in exchange for Iran fully opening the straight of Hormuz without any fees and Iran has rejected the proposal. The reason this worries me is I've just had many guests tell me that especially in the last four days that if Iran does not accept not to charge a fee in the Straight of Hormuz, then the US has no choice but to go back to war."
Iran rejected a U.S. proposal mediated through Qatar that would have released frozen Iranian funds in exchange for opening the Strait of Hormuz without fees. Multiple sources indicate that if Iran maintains control over the strait, the U.S. considers military action inevitable. The deadlock demonstrates Iran's refusal to surrender its primary leverage while the U.S. has offered no concrete concessions.
