"Despite approximately three decades of claims, there are no published peer-reviewed human randomized trials demonstrating that BPC 157 accelerates healing. Three decades, dozens of fantastical benefits, and not a single human RCT?"
Peter Attia says the evidence base for BPC-157 is overwhelmingly pre-clinical and that no peer-reviewed randomised human trials show it accelerates healing. He also argues there is no clear mechanism of action, and that human safety, dosing and pharmacokinetics remain unknown.
